Quotes & Rates

All translation and interpreting services costs are calculated based on a rate per word or hour. This rate will vary depending on the specific type of service, complexity, the deadline, the language requested, and a host of other related requirements.

• Translation. Our rates vary between US $0.05 and US $0.18 cents per word for translation services depending on the level of complexity of your document and the language required. Formatting is not included as part of our standard service. If you require special formatting/editing, we’ll take care of it for an additional fee. (free quote)

• Editing/Proofreading. Do you have a document that needs to be published? We can review it and correct it for you to remove any translation or spelling errors and ensure a correct punctuation, accuracy, and consistency in the style and usage of the technical terminologies of the documents. • Interpreting. Court Interpreting & depositions rate is US $85.00 per hour. Our interpreters are all Federally Certified Court Interpreters. (free quote)

• Conference Interpreting. Simultaneous Interpretation rates vary depending on the working languages requested and complexity of the event. Our Conference Interpreters are all highly trained and specialized accredited professionals in their language pairs and subject specialties. • Desk Top Publishing. The cost of DTP is calculated on an hourly basis based on the complexity of your source format. (free quote)

• Multimedia Presentations. The cost of a Multimedia Presentation is calculated on an hourly basis based on the complexity of your source format. (free quote)

• Tape transcription. The cost of transcribing a tape is calculated based on a rate per hour depending on the level of difficulty of the tape. (free quote)

• Voice-overs. The cost of doing voice-over is calculated based on a rate per hour depending on the level of complexity, language and talent requirements for the voice-over. (free quote)

Document Format

We can handle most major software. Microsoft Word and PDF files tend to be the most flexible and can be easily attached to an e-mail. If the text cannot be transmitted electronically, you may either fax it to +1 (305) 220-6577 or mail it to us.

Payment method and terms:

• On small projects, under $100, we request 100% of the total fee prior to commencing the project.
• On medium projects, between $100 and $2,000, we request 50% of the total fee prior to commencing the project and 50% after receiving the project.
• On larger projects ($2,000 and up) we request 50% of the total fee prior to commencing the project and 50% after receiving the project.
